Choice of Courier differs from time to time.The choice is dependent heavily on the safety of the package rather than speed factor.

We have the logistical network to make the best choice for our clients.

We send to almost any destinations in the world. We always make sure we check all our watches and pack our watches properly, bubble-wrapped before we ship them out. All orders are shipped either

2. TNT, FEDEX or DHL

3. Other shipping methods, please contact us first.

We need to remind all customers that we need the following to ensure 100% delivery to you:

Full Address with postal code (ZIP code)

Telephone number (This is important to ensure Guaranteed Delivery)

 

**Please make sure that there is someone to receive the package if you are not around. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if you do not receive your package due to the fact you were not around to pick it up. If you reject the shipment, we will also not take responsibility for the shipment.

We will like to emphasize that all orders undergo QUALITY INSPECTION before we pack them and ship them out. All watches are guaranteed to be in 100% BRAND NEW condition upon arrival to you.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by email. Delivery time will vary according to geographical location. We are not responsible for shipper delay as we have no control when item is shipped out.


BACK ORDERS

Although every attempt is made to maintain the inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models due to overwhelming reponse. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information.

 

WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS

We provides a 12 months warranty for all watches sold. Defective watch must be returned with a note indicating the defect on the watch and please get a RETURN MERCHANISE NUMBER from us before you send the item back.
